LAGOONA BLOO

Lagoona Bloo is one of the most iconic pop acts to emerge from New York City this decade. With essential ear-candy hooks and a soaring three octave range, her blissed-out synth anthems are redefining the intersection between pop and drag. People Magazine named Lagoona on their “Talented Emerging Artists to Watch” list and PinkNews featured Lagoona as an up-and-coming artist to watch in 2024.

In 2021, Lagoona made a splash in the music scene when she wrote and released her first single, "Greedy With My Love", along with her debut EP, AQUA. She has since developed an impressive body of work, including hit single “Sticky Sweet” (with RuPaul’s Drag Race alum, Lemon) and a cover of the iconic Vengaboys song "Boom, Boom, Boom, Boom!!" featuring RuPaul’s Drag Race legend Alaska. In 2024, she dropped her first studio album, Underwater Bubble Pop. Her music has been streamed over 2 million times on Spotify and placed multiple times on Spotify's editorial playlists OBSESSED and Fresh Finds Pop.

Lagoona opened for Aqua in NYC to kick off their 2023 world tour. She has also opened for Vincint and Kim Petras. In fall 2022, Lagoona opened for Alaska on her 34-city North American Red 4 Filth tour. Lagoona has also performed on NBC's The Voice (alongside Jessie J) and competed on America's Got Talent.

Lagoona also appears on the soundtrack for Drag: The Musical, singing the character of Tuna Turner. After originating the Tuna Turner role in the June 2022 Los Angeles workshop of the musical, Lagoona reprised the role in the full run of the show in Los Angeles at the Bourbon Room in the fall of 2022 and again in spring 2024.
